ADNOC's new ICV model: 70% commercial, 30% ICV.
From 1 November, ICV is no longer a certificate you file. It is part of your bid.
- Tenders between US$2M and US$50M are scored 70% commercial and 30% ICV.
- Until now, the best ICV score only had to match the lowest price. Now ICV weighs directly in the result.
- For many vendors, a few ICV points will decide who wins.
