What your ICV Monthly Review looks like.
An illustrative example for a fictional UAE trading company. Every client receives one page like this each month or each quarter: where they stand, the actions that raise the score, and what we need from them.
Where you stand
Your next certificate will be issued on your audited financial statements for this year. What is done before the year closes decides that score.
Actions to raise your score
| # | Recommended action | Points | Owner | By | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Move part of procurement to certified UAE suppliers | +4.0 | Procurement | Q1 | Planned |
| 2 | Supplier ICV certificates collected | +3.5 | Procurement with Roots Limitless | 30 Nov | In progress |
| 3 | Sustainability policies in place and evidenced | +2.0 | Management | 31 Oct | In progress |
| 4 | Emirati hiring plan through WPS | +1.5 | HR | Q1 | Planned |
Illustrative example, not a client. Specific actions, amounts and evidence are agreed with each client. Points are indicative and overlap.
To protect your score
- Supplier certificates checked for expiry before year end.
- Auditor appointed for the financial statements the certificate will use.
- Company documents renewed and on file.
What we need from you
A checklist of every invoice, payroll file and document still missing, which the client ticks off as they send them. The file is ready when the accounts close.
Illustrative example with fictional figures. Indicative scores based on the MoIAT formula. The official ICV certificate is issued only by MoIAT-authorized certifying bodies.
