What supplier registration is
Registration creates your company's profile on ADNOC's supplier portal: company details, trade licence, financial information, signatories and ownership. It makes you visible to ADNOC procurement.
Registration on its own does not let you bid for every tender. For most goods and many services, the next gate is technical prequalification for your product group.

Why registrations stall

Is registration enough to bid for ADNOC tenders?
Usually not. Registration makes you a known supplier. For most goods and many services, you also need technical prequalification for the specific product group before you can be invited to bid.
Can an international company register with ADNOC?
International manufacturers can work with ADNOC. Many enter through a UAE agent or distributor, others establish locally. Which route fits depends on your products and plans, and it is the first thing we assess.
What is the IDD?
Integrity Due Diligence is ADNOC's questionnaire on your ownership, compliance and business integrity. It is one of the most common reasons for delays, so we prepare it with you carefully.
How long does registration take?
It depends on how complete your documents are and how quickly portal queries are answered. After our gap review we give you a realistic timeline for your file. Approvals are always ADNOC's decision.
